I primarily work with entrepreneurs, startups, nonprofit leaders, and small business owners who want strategic guidance to build stronger organizations and sustainable businesses. Is this coaching or consulting? My approach combines consulting, mentoring, and accountability. Rather than following a scripted coaching program, every engagement is customized to your business goals and current stage of growth. What happens during our sessions? Each session focuses on your highest priorities. Together we'll review progress, address challenges, develop strategies, and create clear action steps so you always know what comes next. Do you write business plans or marketing plans for clients? If you're looking for a professionally written plan, those services are available separately through Joy Lough Enterprises. Within consulting engagements, I'll guide you through developing your own strategic plans, review your work, and provide recommendations. Are payment plans available? Yes. Flexible payment options are available for qualifying consulting packages. What is your cancellation and refund policy? Consulting services are non-refundable once the engagement has begun. Advanced notice is required for rescheduling sessions according to the client agreement. ARE THEIR REFUNDS? No, I do not offer refunds. All sales are final!  Your package starts with the first call and ends either 6 weeks, 12 weeks, or 6 months later. There are strictly no refunds or extensions. Prices quoted are US dollars. Payment plans are set up as a recurring auto payment every month, via debit/credit card with a deposit. WILL YOU SUPPORT ME? Yes, 100%! We have scheduled weekly coaching calls plus you have access to me between sessions via email. You can message, send items for review, and ask for help and support whenever you need it.
